Minecraft Java edition is based on very unoptimized code, aka Java. The language itself doesn't support much, that's the reason why minecraft bedrock edition has native rtx and dlss. If you want to attempt it, there is a program on steam for about 3 or 5 dollars that puts dlss in games. Its called lossless scaling.

I think, the best shaders in 2023 are BSL Shaders, Complementary Reimagined, SEUS PTGI E12, HRR 3, HRR 2.1, Kappa Shaders, AstraLex Shaders, when you want vanilla style then Super Duper Vanilla, when super High realistic and ray-traced then any SEUS Shader.
Option 2: The MC Java Edition doesn't have RTX but it does have some great shaders you can install for free that really make the game look awesome and totally new (and put my RTX 2070Super through its paces). Check out Optifine.net and download the right installer for the version of Minecraft you are running, its just a click-n-go installation.
Zeus PTGI 11 is probably as close as your going to get to rtx. Complementary Shaders Bedrock RTX setting. Complementary shaders with a bedrock rtxish profile. That or seus ptgi, which uses actual path tracing and allows for some really cool effects. complementary shaders has a setting that makes it look like bedrock rtx.
New comments cannot be posted and votes cannot be cast. Shades is because of Optifine which hasn't been updated to 1.19. Shaders isn’t in vanilla Minecraft. You could use optifine but it isn’t out yet for 1.19. Arguably Sodium and Iris provide the same stuff (and run much better) and it’s out for 1.19.
