I am terribly sorry that online bill pay is no longer available without signing in to your account. I have the same thought at you, why would someone try to pay my bill for me, I should be able to do this without signing in. Unfortunately the restriction was needed due to issues with the payments processing.
There are hundreds of people that actually are taking the time to tell you there is an issue with your site and online payment but yet nothing has been fixed. Company this big should be ashamed they can't figure it out. I'm sure you'd have no issue charging the late fee if I don't pay the bill on time due to your ineptitude.
