If you would like to renew your South Country library card or apply for a new card, please complete the form below, upload the necessary photo ID/address verification, and you will be contacted within 2-5 days by a staff member from Patron Services. Library cards are renewed for 2 years.
Free museum passes are available to South Country Library cardholders in good standing, with cards that have not expired, and who owe less than $6.00 in fees. Reservation can be made up to one month in advance online or in person at the Library. Please call a librarian at the Children’s Desk (631) 286-0818 for additional information.
Seed Library: We’re excited to share that our Seed Library is still open! You can pick up seeds from the library by calling us us to request 2 seed packets per visit, we’ll set up a day and time for you to come pick them up and we’ll bring them out to your car.
