I found out temp. solution. I installed Touch VPN in Chrome, disabled ABP and Enabled inside Touch VPN everything, so that mean Ads Blocker, Trackers Blocker, Cookies Blocker, Malware Blocker, WebRTC blocker, ByPass Local Network Blocker, and it work, Even the Daily Mail script thanked me for shutting down ABP, but I shut down all of theirs ads, 108 of them from homepage and one article page.
Since you are unable to find out what filter is causing the problem, I suggest you remove all your custom filters. Right click ABP icon click "filter preferences" go to "custom filters" tab click "action" button for all the lists there (will be something like "adblocking rules" and "element Hiding rules") "delete" all of them. Irate.

EDIT 2: If I add this filter to Ad Blocking Rules and enable it, then go to vipbox.tv, vipbox.tv redirects to vipbox.sx. The stupid popup that covers the screen is moved down out of the way so I can click the link for baseball. When I click the link for baseball I end up at strikeout.co.

It will block popup, but you have to click it on each Titan TV page. However, if you just need to get the main page to see what is on, it's just one click.

Adblock Plus has always done a great job at blocking YouTube ads as I watch videos. But I am getting a different response just since this Wednesday, October 18th. I had been experiencing a few second delay before the selected video would play, but under 5 seconds. Starting this past Wednesday, I now get a black box where the ad would be playing ...
