The app works, it opens and displays my dashboard and my points total. But the section where the balances would appear is covered with a bunch of messages where the balance info should be. P
I can't get into my account on Tracfone's website. I've tried various browsers, cleared cookies, private windows, disabled blockers, etc. Every time, the page blinks after pressing "Login" and just sits there -- the same thing happens when trying to submit for "forgot password". I'm logged into the app and can see my dashboard, just fine.
The inactive device is titled "Default_Old" with my current phone's 15 digit SIM card number. It also says "Last Day of Service" 04/03/2021 with an Activate button. The only thing I did to my account recently was added airtime to my phone on Friday, 04/02/2021. My active Samsung Galaxy S9 account has always had a service end date in 2027.
I had to use the “My Account app” on my phone. Pick your plan / add on > drop down menu shows options - pick reward points. The Tracfone account on the web did not seem to function / have option to use reward points.
While it doesn't work perfectly, it is still better than anything US Cellular offered on a contract plan. I had to basically guess what my data usage was with them because USCC's online account information was usually inaccessible due to their constant technical issues. AT&T GoPhone does not offer any kind of app for displaying data usage.

I've searched around pretty much everywhere on the 'interwebs' to no avail, so I'm a bit desperate. I recently purchased a TracFone BYOP Sim-Card for my unlocked Galaxy S3. The activation of the Sim-Card went through fine online, and it is registered in my account. I checked my IMEI on TracFone's website and it said the phone was indeed compatible.
You have to use the tracfone app or the web to see your airtime balances. The dumb/feature phones should update automatically to the handset, but sometimes they don't. In those cases, you can try going to the prepaid menu, add airtime, then enter 555 and press ok.

The activation, done by transferring my phone number and account balances from a previous Tracfone phone, went fine. The new BYOP phone, an LG G4, works fine. The LG G4 shows as the "Active Device" in my online Tracfone account. I have two other previously used Tracfone branded phones listed in my account as "Non Active Devices".
