I have two Tracfones and can't access either one via on-line account. Things at Tracfone seem to have gone downhill since Verizon bought out Tracfone.
Can't log into TracFone and I need advice. I've been trying for a week to log in to my TracFone account. I have tried Firefox, Google, Edge, and Tor. I have tried TracFone's own "My Account" app on my phone and it can't log in either. The only way I can get balance information is to text 611611 and request "BALANCE".

Find your account number from My Account page. If you want to port out a number from Tracfone, you need to have your Tracfone account number and PIN. Get msg. like: We are unable to validate the information you provided or Account is invalid. TracFone support could not help. Since they only us the phone not a PC.
I posted this in a comment to a thread on here from 14 days ago - someone was having problems logging in and resetting their password because the link landed them on the tracfone.com home page. Their new login thing sends malformed reset password link URLs.
Edit: I just tried logging into my account with Firefox and got stuck after the "I'm not a robot" reCAPTCHA ️. I then tried via Google Chrome and Apple Safari and had no problem logging in. And I'm having no problems with the TracFone app. In fact, I have the TracFone widget loaded on my phone homepage and it's updating without issue.
Today, I tried to log in as usual and the website kept telling me "wrong password". I then turned on Incognito, and tracfone.com now gives me a popup window for login (the new dashboard), rather than the login page (the old dashboard) I have been using. Call customer service, but if you don't have the phone with you and don't have access to the email you registered the account with, tough luck doing so. Tracfonedotcom my account or the tracfone my account app, a bit troublesome if you can't receive texts. Don't use the account for 60 days, it would automatically get deactivated after 60 days ...
Ehh, I've been using tracfone for 20 years (minus the time period when smartphones got started and TracFone didn't offer them). Never has a problem with losing a phone number, or porting, just a long time for transferring to a new phone once in a while. I've never lost minutes/text/data.
