It is really subject to the condition of the boat and trailer, the local economy and the desirability of the boat. remember, the NADA value does not include the trailer typically.

   Re: Boat values I thought that nada determined values through registrations. They list the original list price, current low retail, and current average retail. I just saw a Sea Pro 235 online listing for 15000. nada says 10,300. If I look at anymore boats I think my head is going to fall off.

   Obviously, this limits my to older boats. Are the NADA values accurate for older boats (like the mid 1980's)? It seams NADA values for older boats are a bit under valued. For example, I am looking at a Rinker 170, 1984 with 1984 evinrude 90hp. Guy is asking $3,000.00, but NADA rates this package at about $ 1,600.00.
