TeX is the math typesetting software (mostly) installed on the wikipedia. Even if you don't edit math, the math font can be used to greatly improve the legibility of Greek text which us non-Greeks find hard to read in san-serif, with all the little shapely clues removed. Text formatting in citations should follow, consistently within an article, an established citation style or system. Options include either of Wikipedia's own template-based Citation Style 1 and Citation Style 2, and any other well-recognized citation system. Parameters in the citation templates should be accurate.
After change wiki looks rather awful to me. Font increased noticeably, spaces in the line between letters are way too big, some letters look very blurry, especially when in bold or underlined. Worst is that the letter 'f' looks like set in bold and 'bold e' looks like half bold, half regular.

The font size for the edit box can be set in Wikipedia editing preferences or in the browser.
