As the sole administrator of our Office 365 tenant, I am encountering difficulty logging into the admin portal. While I can successfully access Office 365 applications such as Outlook and OneDrive, attempting to sign in to the admin portal results in the sign-in page continuously refreshing without progressing further.
Generally, if you purchased a Microsoft 365 for business plan and you have admin permissions to your business account (e.g. admin@contoso.onmicrosoft.com), you have access to the admin center.
