Shade 1 looks great on the Sims but does the environment a little less justice than shade 2. the second one looks more realistic. Personally I like reshape one but reshape two looks more realistic. i think 2 is more visually pleasing, but 1 is great if u like vibrant colors.
There's so many beautiful presets out there. For me it's easier to use then reshade and it runs smoother in my game. It does depend on your pc and graphics etc and also the preset itself, it does make the game laggier if your pc is not strong enough. There are tons of tutorials on YouTube. Gshade is so much better than redhade and just has a vibrant look to it. And I've seen games look so different just from the different presets. Like one person's game looks like a comic strip. It's awesome. So glad I found your post cause I have Linux and reshade is really hard to get working on Linux.
