    Today Norton support helped me revert the Realtek HD Audio Driver to old version and High Definition Audio Devices. I can hear the sound now but it has low sound, which is much different from Realtek R option I used before.     Try rolling back the sound drivers Choose Sound controller and other audio devices, then Driver tab, then Roll back if available. If no newer sound drivers then uninstall the one presently installed in Device Manager, reached by right clicking the Start Button. Restart PC to reinstall.

    I set my speaker configuration to Stereo in the Realtek HD Audio manager and all sound was restored to the subwoofer. Sound is working fine with this configuration.
