The user may have the excel program on either the primary or secondary monitors and I don't want to have to ask the users to use the program on one specific screen. I have found code to change where the position of the form opens but this isn't useful if I can't also find the coordinates of the active Excel Program.

In my colleague laptop, Excel 2007 + WinXP, the display changes, the column width changes to 11.9 from originally 11.86 and I can't set it to 11.86, always changes back to 11.9. In other laptop, Excel 2003 + WinXP, the display okay, no problem, everything worked fine. In other desktop, Excel 2000 + WinXP, the display change, same problem.
Strictly speaking on the VBA side, the most problems I have found are cascading event calls, poor exit conditions in recursive code, improper use of API functions and other scripting codes. Then rename all the *.xlb files you find to *.xlbOLD. then start excel and test it out. If it worked ok, then delete those *.xlbOLD files.
