Due to sloppy customer services and really through no fault of my own mind, I have ended up with two Norton Accounts. Although I have been told by customer services that you cannot delete the old Norton account, I throught I would ask anyway here, to see if that is correct, as there are some very knowledgeable on here. Norton Support. If more than 60 days, you will not get a refund. What you need to do is go into your Norton Account and turn off Automatic renewal for your product. Click on the user icon at the top right and then click on My Subscriptions. Find your current subscription and you should see an Auto Renewal link to the right side.
