Try mobilism.org. Modyolo is the safest one i know. modolo, androeed and modded1. I enjoy platinmods, androidrepublic, modded-1, and 5playru. No idea if those are actually "safe" but I'm pretty wary myself. I always check the apk through Virus Total. Just Google it, upload the APK, and if it's clear, install it.
Can't find a decent Spotify mod apk. I used to have a really good mod apk but it started acting up and i decided to get a different one (from some other website). None of the new mod apks work for some reason. They either crash or it's just the normal Spotify app.
