Recently I’ve seen a trend of people watching Anime and other copyrighted shows on twitch (not through watch party). These people gain thousands of views/followers very quickly and get lots of donations.
Are you meaning a proper Watch Party (as in the Twitch feature), or do you mean to rebroadcast with the video as a source? If you're using the Twitch feature, then any video that is available is something you can use. If you mean to rebroadcast, then none.
Amazon created watch parties in the hopes that big influencers would hold a watch party and non-prime subscribed viewers would feel left out and therefore incentivized to shell out the extra money to join in. Creating additional ways for people to watch without having to subscribe to prime would completely defeat their intended purpose.

For a Watch Party, it is not necessary to choose the category, choose a category that defines your content (classic movies, action, etc.) and when the stream starts, Twitch will automatically assign the Watch Party category to your stream.

So I am new to Twitch and instead of the typical gaming streams I wanted to do watch alongs and YouTube video reactions.
