   For example, if I created a shortcut from my bank's web page, the icon showed up on my desktop with the bank's logo. Right now the shortcut only shows the standard "Explorer" icon. What is preventing the logo icon from showing? I checked the properties of the icon and the bank logo shows up in the top left of the properties window.

   How do I do it? Generally, it would be .... right click at Bank Of America > click Create Shortcut. or, right click at Bank Of America > click Send To > Desktop (create shortcut).

   I've switched over to Internet Explorer and Google Chrome, and I can log into the bank site through those browsers, by entering a username and password. I don't use Edge for this, since it won't work. In talking to online bank staff, they tell me that they are advising customers to use other browsers until and unless this is corrected by Microsoft.

   Since upgrading to the new Edge my online Bank statements will not print the transactions. All I get is the detail at the top and bottom of each page. The Bank told me to clear the cache / cookies with no improvement. Next they told me to download as a PDF and print, again with no improvement.
