Posts: 81. I’ve saw plenty of semi autos on the market with the 3.5” capability. I’m looking specifically for an over and under. I have a few reasons for it. Mostly wanting to have two different chokes on the gun at once. I also do reloading so the over and under makes it easier to keep the hulls.

I thought about selling or trading it before I shot it and devalued it was wondering how good they are worth keeping or get rid of it before I fire it.
A GOOD gunsmith will use a small center drill and spot drill the old bead, the drill with an undersized drill to remove the old bead shank. Then the correct tap drill can be used in a pin vise by hand to clear any remaining shank. Last the threads are refreshed with the correct tap and new beads installed.
