@daninmanchester . Print the invoice to a PDF file and then send the PDF to the buyer. If you have trouble sending the pdf via eBay then covert it to a jpg or ask the buyer for their actual (real) email address (eBay legal when you have a completed and paid for transaction).

If he files a NAD case, you will need to accept the return, send him a shipping label, and refund him when you receive it back. In a NAD case, eBay's MBG trumps your no return policy.

No tracking number on receipt. 09-14-202102:57 PM. I purchased postage directly from USPS for a very small package that was going first class mail. When I looked at the receipt a bit later to upload for the buyer, there was no tracking number. I called the post office and they couldn't help and there is no live agent at eBay to help.
