I started an etsy two weeks ago and had great traction with my first listing! I was getting anywhere from 200-400 views a day and 1-2 converted to purchases, but everything changed a couple days ago. When i look at my stats, I have maybe 2 views, and I can't find any of my products in a search--primarily "spongebob porthole painting".

This is what I would do. Set up a free shipping sale (no minimum) and choose the items you want to offer free shipping on. Then set up another free shipping sale with a minimum of 2 or 3 items (I'd do 3). This would be on everything in your shop. You might have to give free shipping for your heavy items, but you would be selling 3 items, which ...

Community Maker. Saturday. If a shop is known and has a following, then the shopfront is very important. It is part of the brand presentation and a good shopfront can contribute quite a bit to buyer confidence. Same goes for supply shops, which are rarely one-and-done transactions.
