Well, I guess that means all my points go to Cabela’s/Bass Pro and I’ll be closing out my rewards membership at Fleet Farm. I liked the non-expiring $25 cards and I’d been saving them up… between Christmas/bday/rewards membership cards, I just picked up a CVA Cascade in 350 Legend. Most of that was rewards cards so… bye-bye!
Every spud bar will hit a little different based on weight and head design. The important piece to take away, as Jake mentions, is to learn through experience how much ice you have under your feet based on X number of hits with the spud. Open stands are nicer for the view but when it is 0 degrees or raining put everyone is in a box blind at our camp. We modified all of ours for bigger windows for crossbow. We also normally have all the windows open when hunting to hear better unless there is a big wind coming from 1 direction then close one.

Last time, I had to go buy an orange construction worker shirt with reflector tape on it at Fleet Farm because I couldn’t find an XL blaze orange t-shirt anywhere. I remember that year, I did the same I think I bought FF out of XXL blaze orange t shirts with a pocket for some of the guys.
