today, June 14, 2020, I just spent 45 minutes on a chat with a customer care rep. to learn that it is not possible to just log in to your account and cancel the service. for the record, here is part of my exchange with "Jenny", the customer care representative at SiriusXM: ---Start chat ---
Also from a SiriusXM email address and included a valid account number. I exited my email and logged into my account from my browser. I have a unique password for this account and when I logged in to the account, my email was the same email address and had not been changed. There’s no other strange activity on my account.
I cancelled my subscription over this nonsense. Chatted with a siriusxm representative for 30 mins. He had me reset my password THREE times over 20 mins. Still could not get access to account settings. I could listen to music. The streaming on the app and browser was fine. But no matter what, I could not access my "account settings." It was absurd.
