Women's handballat the XXXII Olympiad. The women's handball tournament at the 2020 Summer Olympics was the 12th edition of the handball event for women at the Summer Olympic Games. It was held from 25 July to 8 August 2021. All games were played at the Yoyogi National Stadium in Tokyo, Japan.
The 2024 IHF Women's Olympic Qualification Tournaments were held from 11 to 14 April 2024. Four teams took part in each tournament, with the two best-ranked teams qualifying for the 2024 Summer Olympics . Germany, Hungary, Netherlands, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden qualified for the Olympics. [1]

The preliminary round games were played at the South Paris Arena 6 in Paris and the final games at the Pierre Mauroy Stadium in Lille, France.
