   Photopea can not save your work as .AI at the moment. But you can export to SVG or PDF, which can be later opened in Adobe Illustrator. Your best take would be exporting it as SVG, that's actually a vector file format but opensource.

    Please. On the right pane, choose the layer on top, adjust the "opacity" slider. Do you want to fade the edge of the image, or the whole image? It is not clear from your comment.
