EMC is quite simple. It is added by the ProjectE mod. For the first step to use EMC, you need the item "Philosopher's Stone" it is crafted with 1 diamond, 4 redstone dust and 4 glowstone but the modpack may change it.

check your possessing recipes for things like bone meal and Blaze powder. I remember before that if processsed in the right machine to get a large bonus return you get back more emc than it costs to make the item.

I need emc so i can get things like red matter tools and the other Project E content, but i don't know how to get a lot of it. I tried hooking up some hoppers to an antimatter condenser and it worked, but it was quite slow. So me and a few friends are getting into a new server for ATM9 and we want to add EMC to the pack through Project E. What do you guys think are some fair EMC values to add to end game/op items i.e Allthemodium, Items from Powah, Mystical Agg? Also if there are other items that you guys think should be adjusted/added into EMC values, comment them :)
You gotta check which system is used, to know how to set EMC values for items. If pregenerate-option is used, then you need to manually edit pregenerated_emc.json -file and setEMC -command does not work for instance. 2.
[Stoneblock] EMC Farm (without exploiting) Playing on a server I wanted to make the best EMC farm I could without exploiting item repair mechanics or anything similar, I think I went overboard. Also I included tons of stats for nerds, I say that lovingly I'm a nerd too.
As said. Depends on values for items and if they have EMC value at all. The trick I used in FTB Sky Odyssey was a personal EMC link or energy condenser putting out emerald ore (16k EMC) in to a pulverizer to get 2x emeralds (2x16k EMC) and that back in to the Personal EMC/MK1. This obviously is do-able with any ore in this pack, it's just that Emerald has the highest value.
