When I called the number on the billing, they hung up on me. So I think ot may be a scam. Hi Alison - thanks for trying, this just takes me right back to sign into your account so we can help you better...I can't sign in and I can't reset my password because it wants to verify my identity by sending a text to an old landline number I don't have anymore....I just need someone to call me or a number to call but I can't get to any of that information without signing into my account ...
