Since you removed Norton Driver Updater. I suppose you're not able to submit logs. Maybe, had you ran the “Support Tool” and submitted logs. Hi, I’ve being using a laptop + Norton security for years. Now retired, I’m swapping my laptop and MS Office for a Chromebook Plus. I’m not sure if I need to change my package to get the best protection for my chromebook, android phone and tablet. I can’t find any way to do such a review. Why can’t an ‘expert’ do a review for me and make recommendations.?
I am in IT, Norton web site stuck on renew and renew at this high price. Cannot remove the add-on and hopefully would have reduced the renewal amount.
