Some months ago I bought a new laptop (with better hardware than the previous one, just to be clear) and wanted to try out Minecraft with it. However, while Minecraft works, I wanted to try Optifine to see how much my new pc could handle; however, if I go even slightly above the standard Minecraft settings the game crashes.
So I have been having this problem for multiple months. My minecraft crashes with the exit code of -1073740791. Usually, the monitor goes black or it just freezes at the frame where the game started to crash. Sometimes it takes around 10 seconds to reload and show me the crash code of -1073740791.
We have tried so many times to allocate more ram to the Minecraft server. It seems easy but a step-by-step guide is necessary like you did here, thanks a lot for the detailed guidance. I already trying Uninstalling Java, cleaning the registry and installing it again but the game doesn't starts, I also trying to delete .minecraft folder an create a new one but It didn't work either, I searched on the internet but I didn't find anything about my problem so i come here for help, I will be eternally grateful if you can help me.
