After 7 years, do any of you still hate Plastic Beach. Though I was not a fan when it came out, from the initial reviews of the album to the sale numbers, i get the idea that Plastic Beach was not a well-received album when it came out in 2010. But after 7 years, its obvious that a large majority love it now.

If any of you haven't try listening to Plastic Beach at the beach, one of the best decisions I've ever made. its my number 1 favorite album, it just hits hard. It’s the 3rd in the Holy Trilogy of Gorillaz. Not my fave but easily the band’s best in terms of cohesion between the music and the art.
I like plastic beach because it’s got a lot of lore some of my least favorite Gorillaz songs are on plastic beach like white flag and glitter freeze but it does redeem itself with other songs like the binge and stylo (stylo is one of my favorite songs) but it’s just a neutral album I don’t hate it but I don’t love it

That is an under-exploited album (from a graphic and design point of view) because this should have been a game, an app, a museum or gallery show, it should have been a book that exploded the deep roots of the global problem of the plastic beach.
Plastic beach is the best album. In every Gorillaz album, theres always 1-3 songs im not very fond of. Plastic beach is the only exception. Every single song on plastic beach is a beautiful masterpiece. There is not one song I skip when listening to this album.
