That is true, but I won't add it to the Sheet because it's mostly for Nightmare and being able to more quickly pin down which ghost it is. A low sanity decrease like that won't be noticed on Nightmare, as opposed to the Multithrow itself.

Rapid footsteps during hunting, caused by their speed. They can not be looped due to their speed, you must hide to escape this ghost. Your sanity will drop 20-30% at a steady pace once you enter the ghost room/house. Smudging during a hunt will disorient the ghost, allowing you to find a hiding spot.
Like most ghosts, Oni have specific conditions for when you count towards the average sanity. A Oni only counts the people near it towards the average, this might lead to confusion but the average sanity of the people near the oni needs to be below 50% for it to hunt.
Interesting, so the spirit box is the most common clue at 7 ghost types and fingerprints the least common at 5. The other clues all appear 6 times. If anyone is looking for a video guide of the game, Here's one of the most useful guides I found.
Is there a cheat sheet somewhere that I can use to understand all the different tests you can do to identify different ghosts. I mean things like the candle test with onryo, or the smudge test with spirit.
