Someone hacked my Ubisoft account and changed the email and password and Ubisoft support wont even send me an automated email so I could even know if they got my case. I have a debit card linked and I also had 2fa enabled and got no email from Ubisoft about a new login from a different country.
This is a sad excuse for 2FA. It's supposed to keep your account secure, not keep you out of your account. Hope and pray. In some cases, the automated system that sends emails from Ubisoft like 2fa and password resets has problems with certain emails and uncommon domains and the only solution is changing the email.
I am uniquely qualified to agree with you about Ubisoft and support philosophy. They need to stop looking at support as an annoying money sink they can't get rid of and start realizing that good support reinforces a positive community that sticks around and treats each other with respect.
One bot reply after one month, then another reply telling me to open another case. Ubisoft support is non-existential. There's no definite response time from those sh*t. And no amount of duplicate cases will help your case either. You're just adding duplicate cases to the mountain of sh*t cases they are ignoring on.

The email I contacted was: AccountSupport@ubi.com. it took 8 months for them to reply to me once. Try the chat or open a ticket. They respond quite fast there. BUT they didn't solve my issue. 2 months ago I noticed I had lost my Ubisoft+ founders status and they still haven't solved it.
Ubisoft support sucks donkey dick. They sometimes reply instantly to your ticket (like within two days) but its not a helpful reply its like they have chat gpt writing up some bullshit. Then they will never visit your ticket again. I have had to put in six tickets for the same issue that started two months ago trying to transfer my game title.
You cannot call anyone. Chat is only available for 2 hours a day, and good luck getting a rep to connect to your chat session. And opening a support ticket will have you waiting up to two weeks for any type of response, and good luck if the response actually relates to the details of the issue you are experiencing.
Today I received and email from ubisoft regarding my account recovery. They are asking for my purchase receipts through steam. But they told me to attach the screenshots by logging in to th cases I filed for recovery. How can I do that if my account is hacked. Anyone have faced this issue before? Please tell me.
