usually that means its currently closed. but its ubisoft so there's probably no chat at all and it's like that by design. As far as I know, chats aren't 24 hours open. If you can't open a chat from their support site, then it means it's closed and you need to contact again within their working hours.
They say they have a live chat but I don’t think they do. I just made a claim because for some reason my Ubisoft account linked with my cousins Xbox even though he hasn’t been logged into my Xbox for ages. I unliked his account but now I can’t link mine because I have to “reassociate” his account to Ubisoft.

I sent 5 tickets to ubisoft through Ubisoft Support, but have not gotten a repsonse and its been more than a month. I read about the situation you mentioned with there not being enough staff and I don't blame the support guys. I'm just asking if there is any way around it. Thank you for your time if you respond. There is no live chat anymore.

So of course I tried contacting the customer support and clicked through their forms. But when I do that on the Ubisoft website, I always get presented solely with the option to start a live-chat, but the button is deactivated and I don't understand why. I also made sure to fill out all the required fields.
New comments cannot be posted and votes cannot be cast. youre not supposed to. ubisoft hates their customers. I'm in the same boat, all roads of support (calling their call center, browsing the website) all lead to Chat Support which has been 'unavailable' since my issue.
How the hell do you get live chat support? I didn't get my beta key and submitted a support ticket. 2 days later they send me a copy/paste with garbage that is not a beta key. If I wait another 2 days, I'll miss the damn beta. In the email, though, it says that I can contact live chat support, but I can't find it ANYWHERE on the support site. Where the hell is it????
