oldjenkins127. Someone created a UPS My Choice account at my address and signed up for alerts. I got an email saying that someone signed up for shipping alerts at my address, and I also got a one-time password in my email. The username is a random string of letters and numbers, but my email address is correct and my shipping address is correct.
We also had our original UPS account with UPS for over 20 years, so we could help be suspicious about this company who we found out has deceitful sales tactics had managed to get our account hacked in less then a year. Ups was no help when asked for information on the fraudlent packages and where the actual pick up adress was located.
Under Profile/Preferences/UPS Choice Memberships - click on the 3 dots to the left of your membership listing and you'll get an option to put your membership ON HOLD. If not reactivated within 6 months, it'll be deleted. I just did exactly that and it now tells me that my Membership is Deactivated and "sorry to see you go" :).
Hmmm. I shipped about 1200 orders last month. If I used my own UPS account I would probably be paying at least $3000 more than ShipStation since some of the orders also ship out by ground advantage from USPS or surepost.

UPS sent me a bill for brokerage charges after dropping off a package. Their website is a total fucking mess and of no help whatsoever. It made me create some kind of corporate billing account (which I don't need), save credit card information, but then there's no way to add an invoice to it. I tried searching for invoices, but nothing comes up.
