You can still claim the rewards. All you need to do is unlink the account that you accidentally claimed the reward on. To do this, you need to go to ea and go to the settings and unlink the prime account. Then, go back to prime rewards and relink it back to the correct account. Accepted Solution. Hi @benjaminjack175. When you have the chance please reach out to the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and look into the missing Twitch Prime rewards. I'm afraid that isn't something we would be able to investigate here on Answers HQ.

I haven't got my twitch prime rewards when I have Amazon Prime linked it to my Twitch, and I activated twitch prime. My twitch is linked to my ea account, and then I went to twitch prime loot and claimed the Super Bowl Packs as well as the Playoff pack. They are listed as claimed, however I haven't received them in ultimate team.
