Whenever I try to download the corsair icue software it reaches 33% and never downloads, ive left it to download for 5 hours and it was still at 33%. For 3 months ive had this problem and have tried many ways to fix it like uninstalling and retrying or running a administrator which also does not work.
Download iCUE5 again and start it. Click REPAIR, BUT DO NOT open/start iCUE5 after it's installed. If you did by accident, repeat step one JUST IN CASE (Stopping all Corsair related services in Task Manager may not work) Now uninstall the software through official means, and you may keep your settings during uninstall (I'm on Windows 11, so I ...

Can't download ICUE software. I'm using Windows 10 with an X570/R5 5600X. And I recently purchased an M65 RGB Elite mouse. I've tried various browsers but, none seem to allow me to download the ICUE software for it, from Corsair's website. I even tried a couple of "direct links" and they didn't work either.
I use iCUE for everything RGB related. iCUE has tons of profiles you can download from sites, and integrates everything that Corsair has made into one easy package. It runs great, sits in the background creating a visual symphony of illumination. Never had an issue since they merged their two programs into one. 1.
I posted a similar question earlier today. There are a few Linux projects to manage Corsair devices but it's far from perfect at the moment. In any case, you can't get Windows iCue to work. It can be installed with wine, but it doesn't talk to the kernel so it doesn't see any hardware. Man this is annoying.
The same happened to me too just today, also using K70. I think it's related to the latest iCUE update - probably it uninstalled the previous install and the new update failed to install - because I can find the icue.exe in the tmp folder (Program Files\Corsair\Corsair iCUE 5 Software\tmp\download\cuepkg-unpacked\core_5.6.98_win32-release-amd64.cuepkg\data\InstallDirectory).
