1. Go to your Microsoft Certification Dashboard. 2. Log in with your preferred email address and password that you would like to link with your Microsoft Certification profile. 3. Enter the MCID and Access Code (*please see private message*) to have your Microsoft account associated with your Microsoft Certification record.

As we understand, you are not seeing the option "Certification" on your dashboard to download your Certificate. The reason that you have not been able to view the option for "Certifications" on your dashboard is because on October 25th, 2023, Microsoft launched a new type of credential on Learn called “Applied Skills”.
