    The company doesn’t care about their customers. Customer service is awful. I really don’t think people work at this company. Everything is automated. Well guess what Xfinity….automation to customer problems and concerns isn’t the answer to everything. I challenge an Xfinity executive to call the Xfinity number and try and get live help.
