    After you login with your CAC, you can make a login so you don't need one to get into mypay. I check my LES from my phone all the time and it is very convenient. once you get a cac reader and get it set up, go to web.mail.mil, select your authentication cert and follow the links. Get a cac reader for $20.

    On myPay, look at the left side tool bar. Find “federal withholding” and possibly “state withholding” (though state rules differ). Change your exemptions. Simplest rule of thumb is M=married or S=single, and then add your dependents + yourself for the exemptions. You will likely overpay taxes using this method.
