After you login with your CAC, you can make a login so you don't need one to get into mypay. I check my LES from my phone all the time and it is very convenient. once you get a cac reader and get it set up, go to web.mail.mil, select your authentication cert and follow the links. On myPay, look at the left side tool bar. Find “federal withholding” and possibly “state withholding” (though state rules differ). Change your exemptions. Simplest rule of thumb is M=married or S=single, and then add your dependents + yourself for the exemptions. You will likely overpay taxes using this method.
