Site-specific search. You can use the site: parameter to search on a specific Web site. You may prefer {{Google custom}} or {{Google Wikipedia}} because they yield a cleaner search form, without the site: parameter cluttering the input field.
To get there, type "Template:foo" in the search box (see search), or make a wikilink like [[Template:foo]] somewhere, such as in the sandbox, and click on it.
