I tried the factory plastic one that came with my P365 380 once just for the experience but went to my Uplula after the first round.
Sig has a conversion kit listed for $399.99 that also includes the grip frame and a single .380 10 round mag (plus the barrel/slide/recoil spring). Just seems like Sig is charging extra for a grip frame that really isn't needed to convert a 9mm P365 to .380. Sig007.

Holosun 407k, 507k and EPS Carry would be 3 choices ranging from least expensive to most expensive. If you like the 407k on your other pistol, it would make a lot of sense to use the same one on the 365.
This seems to be the only P365-380 caliber recoil spring from SIG, but I admit not be a P365 expert by a long shot. -.380 ammo seems to have a bit of variation between brands and models with .380 caliber guns having problems functioning, at least initially. Sig P365 380. I finally pulled the trigger and ordered a P365 in 380 on Friday. Paid $572 (tax included). I shot the 9mm version, but preferred the smoothness and flat shooting of the 380. It will take about a week before it is delivered to my LGS.
Now, full disclaimer, don't own a 365-.380, but do have a long history with .380s HPs in autopistols. An Interarms/Ranger PPK never would run 100 straight with HPs; turns out, they weren't designed for them. A Kel-Tec, an LCP, a Kahr, a G42, and an S&W BodyGuard .380 weren't even slightly ammo sensitive.
P365-380 and the XL Frame. I found a deal on the Sig P365XL frame and installed it on my P365-380. Here are my initial thoughts. It’s incredible easy to install. The retention pin popped out with no problems and I was able to swap the FCU in less than a minute. The whole job was done in less than five minutes.
