15 October 2021 at 9:10PM. I sent an email to the address given for complaints to Amazon (complaints@amazon.co.uk) only to get a response that the address is not currently accepting emails! Does anyone know how I can contact them. Their usual Customer Service options have been a waste of time.
Amazon UK was separated from Amazon.com ages ago (sometime in 2000-2001 if my memory strikes right). The accounts were separated as well. The only reason I can think you had a US account is probably becuase you signed up with a different email address/ US postal address and a payment card unique to it, so it continued to stay in the US region.
6 October 2015 at 5:19PM edited 7 October 2015 at 10:25AM. Having had to contact Amazon several times and found the people in Manila to be a waste of space, I thought I'd share how to contact Amazon in the UK. To contact Amazon's UK Call Centre: Ring 0800 496 1081, dial 000000 to skip the cr*p, ask the person where he's located and if it’s ...
Unrecognised "Amazon"debit card transactions. I was checking my bank statement recently and found two debits on different dates each for £7.99. One said "Amazon Prime" and the other "Kindle Unltd" followed by some numbers/letters, both ending with the last 4 digits of my Visa debit card number. When I click the "Contact" button on Amazon's ...
23 October 2023 at 10:37PM. I am a member of Amazon Prime - my husband isn't. Yesterday a mystery £8.99 charge for Amazon Prime appeared on his bank account. Our immediate suspicion was that he had been unwittingly signed up for this while buying his railcard last night as the railcard site has a number of pop up voucher offers.
I am so fed up with Amazon delivery drivers who can't be bothered to ring my doorbell, just leave the parcel on the front doorstep in full view of the road, and mark it as "handed to resident".Amazon only let you mark the delivery as "great" or "not so great".
There is no consumer right to make a complaint, unless you’re dealing with a regulated sector (banking, insurance etc). As above you don't have a right to make a complaint but you do have rights under consumer laws. Prime Try before you Buy is a new wheeze from Amazon. It is an attempt to cash in to the current zeitgeist in clothes buying in ...

However they have still taken the money from our account. I cant find any e-mail or phone contacts to get in touch with Amazon to sort this. I am still hoping they may credit our account when the ladder is returned by the transport company but never having done anything like this before I have no idea. This discussion has been closed.
23 January 2022 at 12:24PM. I want to put in a complaint to Amazon UK as I can’t get a satisfactory resolution via their chat option. Their complaints@amazon.co.uk is not receiving emails. I have had a wrong item delivered 3 times this week. On one occasion, their assistant issued me with a £5 credit to cover postage when I re-ordered.
