Normally, I would do this through the Bose Connect app but it appears that the app is not available on the Windows platform. On Computer Start Menu -> Settings -> Devices -> Connected Devices - Add a Device. HOLD the Power Button on the device for 8+ seconds until the BLUE light starts to flash.
