Kansas State Board of Education to meet Oct. 8-9. Members of the Kansas State Board of Education will meet for their monthly meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 8, and Wednesday, Oct. 9, in the first floor board room of the Landon State Office Building, 900 S.W. Jackson, in Topeka.
On Tuesday, Sept. 12, the Kansas State Board of Education approved licensure test changes. Recommendations approved by the State Board were: Removing the Principles of Learning and Teaching (PLT) pedagogy exam as a requirement for licensure.
