However, they get access denied if they try to access the link (despite being logged in). My assumption is that the page is only available to endowed members, but I just wanted to get clarification on that.

I've tried entering various email accounts I have (Work, personal, etc.) but to no avail. I asked a family member to try the same thing for their local temple and they had the same issue. Any recommendations for working through this bug? In the meantime I'll call my local temple, but thought you might have some good recommendations for the future.
Click on the person icon at the right side of the menu. If you are already signed in, you may see your photo there. Click on "My Home" in the menu. Look at the Quick Links section for a link to Temple Worker Portal and click on that link. In the blue menu bar, click on the tile icon (9 small squares) and choose Worker Portal.
Do you mean the temple prayer roll? If that's what you're seeking, if you go to the Church main page, 'Serve' in the header menu, 'Temples', 'Attending the Temple' near the top, then 'Prayer Roll'.
