But they seemed to sympathize with my issue and could only advise me to contact higher up in MSI customer service to complain. I decided however to submit the RMA web form even though it told me my correct serial number was invalid.

I am reiterating that I spoke by phone to three techs at MSI about the Realtek audio issues on the Pro B660m-A DDR4.. and then afterward, the USA customer service manager. He assured me he is the highest ranking exec for the USA team, shared both phone AND his direct email and said I can check back with him early September.
Again, I like the computer and have had an easy time communicating with customer service, but MSI needs to own up to their mistake and restore good faith with their customers on this one.

I called MSI and asked and the guy on the phone told me since the RAM can be upgraded to 32GB it must not be soldered unto the motherboard. He confirmed the WIFI card can be upgraded.
