Instead of logging in through the outlook app. I went through the iphone settings for the email to add another account. Instead of choosing outlook, choose microsoft exchange. Type in email and then It will bring you to the go daddy login. Then it will finally move forward after you login on the go daddy page.

It seems that there are some known issues with using GoDaddy accounts for sign-in on Windows 11. One user reported that they were unable to log into their Windows 11 PC with their Microsoft 365 account through GoDaddy. Outlook / Godaddy sign in issues I have purchased a new computer and have set up outlook with my work email. I am trying to add my personal email to outlook but a Godaddy 365 log in box opens up and it wont allow me to reset my password.
In reply to LeventHIZBUL's post on March 24, 2022. If you have not resolved this problem, Godaddy is considered Federated. Their interface into 365 doesn't allow you to access the Admin console. So, you have to go thru a process of defederating your tenant from Godaddy.
