FFToolbox has a chart listing each position, their teams, and the position's relative strength of schedule based on last years ranking.
Tampa and New Orleans have given up alot of points to wide receivers this year. Tampa has given up the 12th most passing yards per game this year and the 3rd most passing TDs, New Orleans, the 16th most yards and 8th most TDs.
What I mean is the difference in ranks. Like FFToolbox giving Philly the best ranked schedule for a QB VS 4X4 Giving it to Miami. Conversely, FFtoolbox has Miami as the 22nd best for QBs VS 4X4 who has Philly as the 27th best for QBs.
Position by Strength of Schedule (SOS) Spreadsheet. I basically took the Strength of Schedule from the fftoolbox website and added every skilled position player accordingly. Here's the Position by SOS Spreasheet. I wouldn't base your drafting strategy solely on SOS, but it could help with deciding between two players come crunch time.
From another comment: PFF quantified the season-long scoring effect of SoS for each position, and except for QB (where, IIRC, it was 10% up or down at the extremes), it was pretty small. IIRC, it was about 7.5% for RBs, 5% for WRs, and 2.5% for TEs, again at the extremes (i.e., for the absolute best and worst strengths of schedule).
Be careful with strength of schedule helping you make decisions. I remember last year everyone telling me the Seahawks were gonna be trash. I remember people telling me the Broncos were gonna be legit. I remember people telling me to draft Trey Lance. We don't know. Situations and teams change every year and we are just guessing.
Honestly I think New England is the biggest steal at D/ST this year. at Tennessee Arizona at Baltimore

My third year doing this (thanks for all the great feedback last year), I created a cheat sheet utilizing data from various fantasy sites to help differentiate players using OLine Rank, Strength of Schedule, and Boom Outlier. Standard ranking is used as a base, .5 ppr rank also included (rankings from fantasypros.com).
