If you can temporarily run Big Sur, log in to the App Store and download FCP from your purchase list, you will get 10.6.5, as it is the last version that works in that OS. MarkFi.
I am trying to decide if Final Cut Pro is the right video editor for us since we will be working with multiple editors from a server in the near future. Depends on who 'US' is. Imported clips from iPhone 12 Pro to iMovie are washed-out I use iMovie all the time. Now, when I import video clips from my iPhone 12 Pro (which I have done for 6 months with zero issues), the clips appear over-exposed and washed-out. If I open the file in Quicktime, it looks fine, but when I import the file to iMovie it's all washed-out.
Mysteriously Final Cut Pro has been unable to start. This is very recent - within the last few days. FCP will start - then there's a beachball that never goes away - I've waited 5 to 10 minutes before using "force quit" to kill the application.
