App Download Option- Login into Amazon Account on separate device. Go to shopping window, type App Name and add App to your account. Amazon will ask which device. App will be sent to linked Kindle-Fire you choose. May take an hour + Amazon sends App or even Multiple Apps to your WiFi Connected Kindle-Fire. Be patient.

It's possible, that you are trying to run the app on BlueStacks Nougat (Android 7) instance. Please note that the Amazon shopping app requires at least Android 8 and above to work and hence the issue that you faced.
Make sure to change your region to US and turn on the mentioned Windows features. Also, change your region to US in your amazon account (make an alternate one) and you should be good to go with your compatible PC.
In the amazon music app, under your library, there’s a button for “Purchased”. Maybe select that and then all the tracks that show - clicking on the first, scrolling to the end and shift-clicking might select them all.
