I had/have the same issue. It's kind of frustrating that the orders for Prime Video don't show up on the normal Amazon account orders page. For me, to find the specific charge I was looking for, I had to go to the main Amazon page. Then click the hamburger menu to get to 'Prime Video'.

When ordering items from Amazon and during the choose a payment method of the check out process there is a field named Reference number (optional) that we use to enter our internal ticket number. Once the item was purchased the reference number was a part of the invoice. The reference number is no longer printed on the invoice.
