Your remote which came with the TV is probably a BN59-01315N (see bottom left corner of remote) I had the same problem and saw the comment that the Disney+ button had been reprogrammed. I bought a Samsung BN59-01315M remote from Amazon for £11.95 and it works perfectly.
In the meantime, you can access the Guide by clicking in the channel up/down button on the Smart Remote, or heading to Home > Live TV > Guide. 21-04-2023 07:35 PM. Turns out, if you hold down the channel up/down button to bring up the channel list, then release and push the same button once, the EPG comes up. Not exactly user friendly. I have a new 2022 Frame 32" TV. To replace my older samsung LED 32". On my old TV controller I had a button labled GUIDE.
To use it: Go to settings, then select Support. In support select Device Care. If Device Care is greyed out, cold boot your TV and try again. Select Start Device Care to run a quick diagnostic of your TV. If an issue has been detected during the diagnostic, run Self Diagnosis for further checks. Manage storage.
Hi. New UE43CU7100K TV. Tuned in to terrestrial channels with no issues, and they do work - as long as you know the channel number and enter it directly - eg 101 for HD BBC1, 11 for SkyArts etc. And, when any such Terrestrial channel is selected by using its direct number, it confirms it is 'DTV Terrestrial' in the top-right corner of the screen.
The Guide can only be accessed using the Smart remote. The standard remote supplied (BN59-01315N) doesn’t provide any means to access Guide. I overcame this issue by sourcing from Amazon (price £9) Samsung remote BN59-01315 B that has Guide instead of Disney button. Otherwise the replacement is identical to the one supplied.
